We offer a 15 day return/exchange policy on all items. Item must be returned in new condition. New is defined as unworn and unwashed.

Exchange Policy

Just e-mail us once you receive your order at exchange@brownturtle.com with a note of what is defective on the shirt. Then mail your original item to the address below. Once your original item is received we will ship out your new one within 5 business days. Please indicate what shirt you want including style, size, color and design.

Return Policy

Due to the credit card company’s high charge back fees returns will require a restocking fee of $6.00 per order. You must purchase the restocking fee and add it to your cart using the button below and pay the fee online. Then ship your shirt back to the address below with a copy of your order confirmation email.
